Ms. Cox graduated from Whitman College with a B.A. in Piano Performance and a minor in education. She also holds advanced degrees in Piano Performance and Musicology from The Boston Conservatory and the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. Passionate about curriculum development, Mx. Cox has run monthly Performance Classes, Studio Classes, and Summer Piano Camps for more than 10 years - first in Washington D.C. and now in the Tri-Cities. She is an active performer and adjudicator in the Pacific Northwest, runs a vibrant piano studios, and is currently on faculty at Whitman College. 

Stephanie Steele studied both classical and jazz piano at BYU-Idaho, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in jazz piano. You can often hear her performing in wineries and various venues around the Tri-Cities, either with her Quintet (for whom she writes and arranges all the music) or her all-women group, The New Normal. Additionally, she accompanies the premiere vocal ensemble for the region, the Mid-Columbia Mastersingers. If you like jazz radio, you can tune in while she fills in as a music host for either KNKX or Jazz24 (currently hosting on Jazz24 between 6 am and noon). Dedicated to her hometown, Stephanie also maintains a busy private teaching studio and enjoys educating the next generation of Mid-Columbia musicians.
