Registration Process

Step-by-step Instructions

The button above will take you to a video that walks you step by step through the registration process. Here are the written steps. 

 

  1. Open link to the registration page or head to www.pianowithsteph.org and hover over the “Lessons” tab and click on “Lesson Registration”

   2. Enter the password “pianorocks”

   3. You’ll see three options –

         a) 30-minute lessons

         b) 45-minute lessons

         c) 30 + 45-minute lessons (for families with two kids who want different lengths of lessons)

 

   5. Click on “Explore Plans” under the lesson option you would like. There are options for 1, 2, or 3 kids.

   6. Click on the plan you would like. It says “Start Free Trial” so you won’t be charged until September.

    7. You will need to sign up for an account – or if you already did summer lessons, sign in to the account you already created.

    8. You’ll need to enter the payment information.

    9. ***** IMPORTANT STEP*****

On the right side of the page, see where it says “Choose a Start Date” and it will have a date listed underneath it. Click on the little calendar icon and choose SEPTEMBER 1st. This will make it so you have automatic recurring payments at the beginning of every month – and you will not be charged until September.

10. After you hit “Buy Now” you will see a screen that says “Complete Your Booking.” This will take you to the calendar page where you will choose your lesson time for this year.

 

11. You’ll see lesson times starting the week of Sept. 11-14. The time you choose for this week will be your recurring lesson time for the year.

12. Once you choose your lesson time and click on “Next”, you’ll see a screen where you will enter in some information. If the time you have chosen is the only time you can make work this year, please indicate so under the “Special Schedule Requests.” Otherwise, please make a note of other possible lesson times in the box underneath in case we need to switch around some lesson times. There is also a box for name/age/birthday of children, because I want to do some fun birthday things this year!

 

13. After you click “Add to Cart” a box will pop up with two options. If you are signing up one child, click on “Complete Booking.” If you are registering more than one child, click on “Add to Cart.” “Add to Cart” will take you back to the calendar where you can select additional lesson times for your children. Then you will have to fill out the same forms, and click on “Add to Cart” on the right hand side

14. When you are all done selecting lesson times, click on “View Cart”. It will show you the dates/time you have chosen. If everything looks correct, choose “Checkout”

15. You’ll see one more screen where you will see the times you have chosen on the right hand side. If you need to change them, you can click edit cart. ***The subtotal on the right hand side should say $0. If it does not say $0, check to make sure you did Step 9 correctly. ***

16. If everything looks good, click on “Place Order.” This places your reservation on my calendar and your registration process is complete!

17. If you realize later that you need to change your lesson time, you can do so through your account. Go to www.pianowithsteph.org and click on “My Account” under the “Lessons” tab – or go to this link.

18. Once you see your account, click on “My Booked Lessons.” You should be able to see the lesson times you have already chosen. Find the one you want to change, click on the drop-down arrow on the right hand side, and there is an option for “reschedule” or “cancel.” If you click on “Reschedule,” it will take you back to the calendar page where you can a new lesson time.
